Amazing service, communication, delivery, and overall product! I could not stop squealing when I saw my purchase. I placed a pre order deposit for a lovely extendable teak table from a listing on their Instagram. Someone already beat me to the sale, but I was informed there was a second table of the exact same that wasn’t finished yet. I was able to place a pre-order deposit. The owners even accepted a request to customize the finish which was a HUGE game changer for me since there’s a shellac allergy in my household! Finally able to buy wooden furniture stress free, without needing gloves and long sleeves!! I was updated on the table’s progress via Instagram dm with periodic videos. It was completed very quickly and the updates had me so invested and excited to see the table in my home. Delivery coordination was a breeze, and everything was dropped off and set up in minutes. I also got set of teak chairs to match! So, SO happy with my purchase and the quality of the custom finish. The texture is so nice I worried I might get water stains on it easily, but when I spilled something, the liquid beaded up and just about rolled off. The finish is super high quality. It’s magic to me, but the work put into the table before/after is really something special. 10/10 recommend!!

I recently purchased a new dining table from Better Goods and the process was so easy. I was able to see the table in person, consider an unlisted option, take time to decide and coordinate delivery easily. Josh delivered our new table and helped us get it inside very quickly. I’ve been looking for a table like this for years so I’m so glad to finally have one to host more friends and family. I also bought an impromptu side chair I couldn’t resist after seeing it in the warehouse. I will definitely continue snooping their home goods on Instagram. 👀 Thanks Better Goods!

Ordered a fabulous painting. Communications was fast and logistics were quickly and easily worked out. They were able to bring the painting to my door. It was well packaged. Would buy from again and I keep an eye on all of their new inventory as it gets posted.
